With more than 20 years of professional experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, Pierre M. Fortin holds degrees in Law (ULaval 1991) and Political Science (Ottawa 1985) (ULaval 1987)
After completing his university education, he practiced law as a Federal Court of Appeal Prosecutor and later as a defense attorney in private practice for nearly ten years.
Pierre M. acquired his recruiting expertise at several Montreal recruitment firms where he was able to analyze and mastered the complex issues of talent acquisition, human resources and retention.
Whether as a consultant, business development manager or recruitment director, Pierre M. Fortin has worked for nearly 20 years with start-ups, SMEs and large organizations in Canada and the United States.
